Discovering the Fauna and Flora

You'll ride in a wagon along with a specialist to discover the rich fauna and flora typical of the region. Marshes and fields, passing through the pine grove and on to the Mediterranean Sea - a mosaic of natural surroundings to discover.
This is a half- or full-day activity with meal at the mas or in the pine grove.

Discovering Taurine Traditions

Riding in wagons, you'll discover the work of traditional equestrian "gardians" and Camargue taurine traditions.
After a presentation of the horse and the gardian mount, gardians will invite you to follow them to the marsh for the "accampement" of the herd. You'll watch how animals are sorted in a holding paddock, either "anoubles" for branding, or bulls for the "abrivado."
In the arenas, there will be a demonstration of the Camarguaise race and equestrian games by gardians.
The demonstration finishes with the "bandido".

Horse Rides and Hikes

Horses are still the best way to discover the secrets of the Camargue. On our estate, trails are abundant for one-hour trips, day hikes or even two-day hikes, with seaside bivouac.
